feat: add MASSPROP command — area, perimeter, centroid of selected entities

Browse Source 
Computes mass properties for selected entities and prints results to the
command line. Supports: Circle (area+perimeter), Arc (sector area+arc length),
Line (length), LwPolyline (shoelace area+perimeter+centroid), Ellipse
(numerical 256-pt integration for area and arc length).
