Cargo: codec 278c49a, kernel 46e5bf8, graph 3b3a03d

The codec now decodes version-0 (2010 release) constraint groups, so the
parametric constraints of such drawings load and their dynamic
dimensions show (#992). Constraint groups also keep their next node id.
