chore: bump kernel 52a9ebe, graph 597c8b8 (sphere booleans)

Booleans now cut a sphere wherever the other solid crosses it — box
edges and corners, planes through its centre, another sphere, a
cylinder on its axis — instead of refusing or keeping the wrong piece.
Reported in discussion #1499.
