PDFSHXTEXT: recognise SHX text geometry as MText

Adds PDFSHXTEXT with the PDF Text Recognition Settings dialog, its
command-line form, the PDFSHXLAYER / PDFSHXBESTFONT / PDFSHXTEXTSETTINGS
variables and the profile settings they are kept in.
