chore: bump codec fe3984f, kernel 9300a30, graph 5260f33 (condominium solids draw every face)

The #1538 drawing's solids now draw every face: extrusion, sum and
offset surfaces and summary-only intcurves are read, vertex blends are
filled over their boundary, and the mesher closes boundaries fitted to a
few thousandths, notched cylinders and torus bands.

Fixes #1538
