Portable builds (executable plus plugins/opencad.python where the host looks for
it) and the real-IPC plugin tests on ubuntu and windows. Started by pushing a
fork-build-* tag or by hand; publishes nothing. release.yml stages the plugin
only in the macOS bundle.
