The bundled DRAINAGE / DRAINAGE2 definitions use the RIGHT_ARROW shape
from qcadshp.shx, which had no substitute, so they drew as continuous
lines. Add it to the bundled shape set alongside BAT, ZIG and the rest.

Fixes #665
