Icons for the surface toolset, and its planned commands registered and disabled with the issue that tracks each one.

The Sketch Palette's line types are three drawn icons (solid, one gap, gap with a dot) instead of text glyphs, and the construction orange is now chosen by the caller (`fixed_accent` on the toolbar) rather than hardcoded in the icons.
- The dialog draws every page into a fixed, clipped 744x400 area, so no page
(or translation) changes the window width; descriptions wrap and tall pages
scroll inside it.
- OK / Cancel / Apply sit flush right in the bottom bar (right-to-left layout
within the fixed width); Restore Defaults stays left.
- The "settings" icon is a gear: a solid ring with six square-ish teeth and a
see-through centre hole, instead of the sun-like rays.
- Scenario s46 visits every page and checks the window keeps its width and
that Apply ends at the bottom bar's right edge (new `same_width` and
`right_edge` scenario checks).

The standard parts library by type (with its ISO standard), size and length, the size's table
values and a picture of the part; picking a hole's wall or rim seats it there with a rigid joint
(the live preview shows it seated), without a pick it goes at the origin. Opens on
FusionFastenersCommand (and parts.insert); OK runs FusionFastenersCommand. Its own icon.
Insert's world picks (`at`, `point`, `direction`) go through the component frames like other
picks. Tests for the library parsing and the insert parameters; checked in the app: an M3 socket
head cap screw seated in a drilled hole with its joint.

Fold: the bend line (a sketch line), an optional stationary side, Bend Line Position
(centerline, start, end, outside mould line), angle (on the canvas), bend radius (default from
the rule) and flip; live preview and Edit Feature (folds made from two points keep them). Its
own icon; listed after Hem on the SHEET METAL tab and in the timeline.
Configurations: Add Column lists parameters and features to pick, Add Row names the new row
Configuration<N> when no name is typed, bare numbers show with their parameter's unit, the row
name comes before its Activate button, and Enter commits a cell instead of closing the panel.
Motion Study: steps default to the engine's 100, the key's value row is "Value" and Enter there
commits the key (OK makes the study).
Scenarios s22 (fold, flat pattern, DXF; the expected volume is the folded sheet's, the bend
keeping the neutral layer), s23 (configurations) and s24 (motion study) now run.

Library swatches by category (the engine's library when it offers one, else built-in looks:
metals, plastics, paints, woods, glass with opacity), the looks in this design, a colour picker
and opacity, and the objects to apply to (bodies/components or faces). A swatch dragged onto a
body or face in the viewport, or onto a body's row in the Browser, applies at once; Apply and
OK give the picked objects the current look; pre-selected bodies become the objects.
Browser: rows under a drag of another kind count as hovered, and the Browser's own drops no
longer swallow other payloads (egui's take_payload takes any type), so swatches dropped on its
rows land.

ASSEMBLE panel (SOLID, SHEET METAL, PLASTIC): New Component, Joint, As-built Joint, Joint Origin,
Rigid Group, Drive Joints, Motion Link, Interference. Joint origins are picked by hovering:
faces snap to their centre (round faces to the centre of the nearer end), edges to their middle
(round edges to their centre), vertices to themselves, shown as glyphs with their z axis. The
Joint dialog has the motion type, angle, offsets X/Y/Z, flip, per-value limits and Animate (the
preview plays the motion); joints and drives preview on the placed model (world states).
Drive Joints moves live with a slider. Interference lists the overlaps and shows them red.
Joints appear in the timeline and in a Browser Joints folder (edit, drive, suppress, delete).
SHEET METAL tab in Fusion's layout: Flange (base, edge or contour, from the picks; height arrow
on the canvas), Hem, Unfold, Refold, Convert to Sheet Metal, Sheet Metal Rules (rule manager),
Create Flat Pattern (flat view with up/down bend lines, bend table, DXF export).
PLASTIC tab with SETUP: Boss, Lip/Groove, Snap Fit, Rest, Manage and Assign Plastic Rules; Rib,
Web and the shared solid commands on the tab.
Every feature dialog has live preview, Edit Feature and pre-selection; icons drawn in code.
Toolbar layout per tab in workspace.rs; tests for the dialog to command mapping.

Import base feature (FeatureKind::Import, timeline type BaseFeature) holding
the STEP text and the file's product tree; bodies named from the file.
doc.open accepts .step/.stp (any case) as a new design; Insert STEP
(FusionImportCommandFromToolbar) adds one to the current design; File menu,
SOLID > INSERT, drag-and-drop (insert into a non-empty design, else open),
'solvecraft part.step', MCP open. Features (fillet, hole, sketch-on-face
cut, shell) work on imported bodies. Imports are cached so a file is read
once per command. Measure tightens its chord tolerance for small radii.
