* docs: add OpenGraph and Twitter card tags to the book and web app Links to the docs site and the browser app now unfurl with a preview card. The book gets the tags through theme/head.hbs (og:title follows the page title); the web app's index.html carries its own, pointing at /app/. Both use the social preview image, now served from the book at /solidcraft/og.png.
