Two leftovers from the UCS grid work:
- The coloured X/Y/Z axis lines (draw_axes) were drawn at the world
origin along world axes; they now run through the UCS origin along the
UCS axes, matching the grid lines.
- Grid snap rounded the cursor on the world XYZ lattice; it now rounds in
the UCS grid frame (to-UCS, round, back-to-world) so it lands on the
grid the user sees. The UCS origin (wire space) + rotation reach the
snapper via DocumentTab::ucs_grid_basis; identity outside model space.

OTRACK alignment rays (0°/90° and polar steps, plus the polar pencil from
the last point) were built along world X/Y. They now rotate with the
active UCS via a Mat4 passed into otrack_snap (scene.viewcube_ucs_mat() —
the UCS in model space, identity in paper), so tracking lines and the
intersection lock align to the user's coordinate system like ortho,
polar, and the grid. sync_ucs_to_scene now reuses UcsXform::rotation_mat.

Neutralise vendor references in comments to plain behavioural descriptions
(object acquisition / object snap). Remove the PICK_HIGHLIGHT and
PICK_HIGHLIGHT_DIM wire colours: their only consumer was the stripped
storm-sewer add-on, and the retained plugin acquisition pathway draws the
ObjectPick snap glyph and per-command hover previews instead, so the
constants are dead.

Object snaps were chosen purely by nearest screen distance, so the
"continuous" snaps that sit on the geometry (Nearest, Perpendicular)
were almost always closer than a discrete Endpoint/Midpoint/Center and
silently suppressed every other enabled snap. Selection is now
priority-then-distance: a higher-priority snap inside the aperture wins,
distance only breaks ties within a priority. (#118)
The aperture gate is `!(d2 < radius2)` rather than `d2 >= radius2` so a
NaN distance from degenerate geometry is rejected instead of passing the
gate and being chosen on rank alone (which fed a NaN point to the fill
tessellator and panicked).
Perpendicular now drops its foot from the command's drawing origin
(`Snapper::from_point`, set before each snap) instead of the cursor, so
the new segment is genuinely perpendicular to the target line rather than
just the nearest point on it.

Tracking and polar pickup used the full crosshair-arm radius (60 px)
while OSNAP used the smaller ¼ radius, so the vector-intersection lock
grabbed over a much larger area than object snaps. Collapse to a single
osnap_radius_px shared by OSNAP, tracking, polar and extension; the
crosshair keeps following the cursor and the point snaps on contact.

When two tracking vectors were active, clicking placed a free point on
one of them instead of their crossing. otrack_snap now builds the active
rays (OTRACK rays from tracking points, plus POLAR rays from the last
point) and, when the cursor is near the crossing of two vectors from
different origins, locks onto that intersection. Covers OTRACK×OTRACK and
POLAR×OTRACK; single-vector alignment is unchanged when no crossing is
near.

A tracking point was created as soon as a snap point was highlighted,
so moving the mouse across the view spawned accidental tracking points.
Acquisition now requires the cursor to rest near the snap point for
250ms (wall-clock) rather than a fixed number of move events.

There was no way to drop an acquired OTRACK point short of ending the
command. Dwelling the cursor over an existing tracking point now toggles
it off instead of re-acquiring it.

OSNAP registered snapping over the full crosshair-arm radius (60 px),
making it too easy to snap and leaving little room to click just outside
a snap point. Split out a dedicated osnap_radius_px (¼ of the arm) used
only for object-snap matching; tracking, polar and extension pickup keep
the larger snap_radius_px.

Move the 30 flat modules under src/scene/ into six folders by role:
convert (entity→geometry), text (fonts/shaping), model (render models),
pick (hit-test/selection/grips/xclip), view (camera/transform/render),
cache (block + property caches). pipeline/ is unchanged.
Full path migration — all `scene::X` references become
`scene::<group>::X`, no compatibility re-exports. render.rs items that
were `pub(super)` (parent was scene) become `pub(in crate::scene)` to
keep their original scene-wide visibility.
No behavior change; build and tests are green.

OTRACK alignment was computed in the wrong plane (it used Z as the
second axis while the model is XY / Z-up), so tracking never aligned
correctly and the aligned point was never fed to a pick.
Rework it: project the cursor onto a ray from a tracking point in the
XY plane — horizontal/vertical by default, or every POLAR increment
when POLAR is on. The aligned point is now used for both the live
preview and the committed click, and a dashed guide shows the ray.
While aligned, a typed distance places the point along the ray from the
tracking point, via the command line and the dynamic-input box (which
shows a single Distance field). The alignment clears with the command.

Phase 4.1. Handle / u64 keys dominate the hot maps (block_defn,
hatch / image / mesh caches, draw-depth map, viewport wire caches);
the default SipHash is wasted work on integer keys. Alias the std
types to rustc_hash::FxHashMap / FxHashSet crate-wide so every map and
set — including the cross-module draw-depth map shared between scene
and the GPU pipelines — uses the faster hasher consistently.
Mechanical: no behavioural change. Constructors moved from ::new() to
::default() (Fx variants carry no RandomState). Build + 13 tests green.

Two bugs from #34:
1. Hovering a circle showed the Center snap as a diamond instead of
the conventional circle outline.
2. Hovering a circle also showed Midpoint hits (triangle marker)
even though a closed curve has no midpoint.
(2) came from a "tessellated curve" fallback in the Midpoint snap
path that produced a midpoint for every chord of the polyline
approximation. Drop that fallback — only entities with explicit
`key_vertices` (Line, LwPolyline) contribute per-segment midpoints
now. Curves that DO have a single well-defined midpoint (arcs, and
later splines) declare it explicitly via a new
`SnapHint::Midpoint`; `arc.rs` emits one at the arc-length centre.
(1) — and the broader "everything past Endpoint / Midpoint / Grid
was a diamond" inconsistency — fixed by giving every `SnapType` a
distinct marker in `SelectionCanvas::draw`:
- Center: hollow circle
- Node: circle with inscribed X
- Quadrant: diamond (unchanged)
- Intersection: X
- Apparent Intersection: X inside a square
- Insertion: two overlapping rectangles (tag glyph)
- Perpendicular: right-angle hook
- Tangent: circle with a bar across the top
- Nearest: hourglass / bowtie
- Extension: three dots
- Parallel: two parallel diagonal bars
- Endpoint / Midpoint / Grid: unchanged

Add `aabb: [f32; 4]` field to WireModel (world-space 2-D bounding box).
In tessellate_entity() set each wire's AABB from e.as_entity().bounding_box()
via new entity_aabb() helper; Insert sub-entities each get their own AABB.
Preview/interim wires and any entity returning a zero-extent default box get
UNBOUNDED_AABB so they are never pre-rejected.
Replace the chord-sphere heuristic in Snapper::wire_in_range() with a proper
AABB vs snap-circle overlap test. The new check is four scalar comparisons and
correctly handles closed curves (circles, arcs) which the chord-sphere approach
had to special-case.

Option I: add per-viewport Arc wire cache so paper-space viewport rendering
no longer re-tessellates model content every frame.
Option J: hit_test_wires() returns Arc<Vec<WireModel>> — O(1) pointer copy
in model space instead of a full Vec clone on every mouse move during commands.
paper_canvas_hatches/wipeouts() now route through the epoch caches added in F.
Option K: add world_snap_r + wire_in_range() pre-check to Snapper::snap().
All Endpoint/Midpoint/Nearest/Perpendicular/Intersection loops skip wires
whose chord sphere is outside the snap circle using O(1) scalar comparisons,
eliminating O(entities × vertices) matrix multiply cost when zoomed in.

- snap/mod.rs: Snapper gains otrack_enabled, tracking_points, dwell state;
update_otrack_dwell() acquires a snap point after DWELL_THRESHOLD=4
consecutive moves near the same position; otrack_snap() returns an
H/V alignment snap position; clear_tracking() resets state on command end
- overlay.rs: selection_overlay accepts ost_points + cursor_screen;
draws light-blue dashed H/V lines from acquired points + small cross marker
- statusbar.rs: OTRACK pill (F11) added next to DYN
- view.rs: projects tracking_points to screen, passes to selection_overlay
- update.rs: calls update_otrack_dwell + otrack_snap in ViewportMove;
overrides effective point with OST alignment when no normal snap is active
