repo: move to github.com/tangency-labs/fieldcraft (URLs, updater, Pages)

The updater's release endpoint, docs, README, release notes and the Pages
URL point at the tangency-labs org. App IDs (io.github.jyviko.fieldcraft)
stay unchanged so installed copies keep their identity and settings.

FieldCraft is open-source CAE pre-processing in Rust: it turns geometry into analysis-ready
finite element models, writes Abaqus, Nastran and LS-DYNA decks, and solves linear static and
modal problems with its own solver. AI agents can drive it over MCP (`fieldcraft-cli mcp`).
