bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 ef3bdd3433 CI: main and merge-queue runs share the work with the self-hosted runner
Clippy, the doc tests and test shards 1-2 of pushes to main and merge-queue
groups run on the self-hosted runner, alongside GitHub's runners for
everything else. Pull requests, the nightly run and Run workflow stay on
GitHub's runners. Clippy and the doc tests keep warm build directories
outside the checkout (scripts/ci/warm-target.sh).

The test archive is still built on GitHub's runners: the self-hosted
machine has a newer glibc, so binaries built there don't start on
ubuntu-24.04.

Mateusz SychandMateuszSychXpl c599238653 Insert SVG: the file picker opens on SVG files (#1801) (#1827)
* claim: #1801

* Insert SVG: the file picker opens on SVG files (#1801)

Every Open went through one host picker whose filters start with designs, CAD
files and meshes, so Insert SVG (and Insert DXF) in a sketch opened on STEP,
IGES and meshes, and the SVG file had to be found under another filter.

The host's pick_open now takes the extensions the command reads and offers
them as the picker's first, default filter. Insert SVG and Insert DXF pass
their type; every other Open passes none and keeps the list it had. The
browser host ignores them (it shows its own file panel).

bherbruckandClaude Opus 5.5 8a03355d2b CI: all Linux jobs of main and merge-queue runs use the self-hosted runner (#1864)
Only the Windows jobs still wait for GitHub's runners on main and in the
merge queue. The Vulkan packages are preinstalled on the self-hosted
runner (no sudo), so that step runs only on GitHub-hosted runners.

jyvikoandClaude Opus 5.5 8390a31531 Robustness goldens: seed 55 builds a valid body since #1670 and #1753
Main's CI has failed since 14:47 on `robustness_goldens::all_3`: seed 55 (a
filleted box cut by spheres and patterned) used to end with an invalid body and
now passes the validity check, and its volume moved by 1.3e-5 relative.

The outcome changed between 2ae21143 (main's last green run) and 7f9074d6,
where the kernel meshing change is #1670 (twisted ruled faces divided to the
chord tolerance). The volume changed between 8a055afd and 31b2ddc0, where
#1753 changed truck-meshalgo's triangulation (the faces of an edge share its
points exactly). The kernel's validity and volume checks measure those meshes.
Pull requests run every 8th seed, so only main's full run saw seed 55.

Only seed 55 is recorded, with the values main's CI printed on Linux.

Rec0iLandClaude Sonnet 5.5 b53f6bad52 3D mouse: read spacenavd on Linux so the spnavcfg settings apply (#1000)
SolidCraft read the HID device directly, which bypasses spacenavd and
everything set in spnavcfg (swapped and inverted axes, sensitivity, dead
zones). When the daemon's socket is there it is read instead, with a fixed
32-byte record decoder and no library; without it the hidraw path is
unchanged. The daemon sends a record only when values change, so its
readings are held until the next one rather than going stale.

MateuszSychXpl eb6abecc3d Sketch symmetry: the free symmetry line moves when both mirrored lines are fixed (#1796)
A constraint is applied with its first-picked entities held and the second
moving; when the second can't move, a first one moves instead. That fallback
was skipped as soon as ANY first entity was locked, so a free construction
line between two fixed lines was never tried, and Symmetry was refused with
"neither entity can move".

Each first entity that can move is now tried on its own, after the second.
Nothing changes where the second can move.
