Document the maintainer-confirmed workflow: open a draft PR to establish ownership, then comment /claim to mark the issue as taken. Align AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md and distinguish the existing takeover policy from the bot's automatic cleanup deadlines.

Show each dimension's parameter name while creating or editing it, and let
users insert another driving dimension at the expression cursor or selection.
Use the available editor width and keep Apply aligned with the right edge.
Add a tools dropdown with Measure, named user parameter expressions, and
access to the existing parameter table for adding and editing parameters.
Preserve the unfinished dimension expression while either window is open.
Cover reference insertion, dependent updates, parameter selection, dialog
round trips, applying and cancellation with UI integration tests. Update the
parameter guide.

A fillet or chamfer on a cylindrical boss's bottom arc now builds with a closed display mesh: the seam-extension containment ray counts a shared curved-boundary endpoint once. Merging the split faces of a three-edge arc corner rebuilds the face on the original input face's full surface instead of a piece's restricted patch, and runs under the kernel's panic guard. Fixes#1262 and #1263.

A symmetric solid extrude of 10 mm is now 10 mm thick, 5 mm each side of the sketch plane, and switching from One Side to Symmetric keeps the thickness entered. Under format 21 the extent records its convention; designs saved without it keep the per-side reading, so their geometry and parameters don't change. Fixes#1236.

A fillet or chamfer that consumes both seams of a side, leaving its old boundary and the fitted contact on the same curve, now returns TooLarge ("the blend would consume a neighbouring face") instead of a zero-area face that doesn't mesh. Genuine two-edge faces are kept. Fixes#1113.

Sketch Create groups its drawing tools under Line, Rectangle, Circle, Arc, Slot, Polygon and Spline. Each family's main button starts the part's last-used variant and its caret lists the others; choices are per open part, kept across sketch sessions and tab switches, and never touch the design or undo history.
