Adds sheet.perforate: round holes on a staggered or square grid over the flat sheet, kept clear of edges, cut-outs and bend zones. The holes go to the flat pattern, the DXF and the measured volume rather than the B-rep, so a panel can carry many thousands of them.
component.insert_design adds a component holding another design's solid bodies, linked to its file (stored relative to the assembly once saved). component.update_links reads the linked designs again, component.break_link keeps the bodies and forgets the file, and component.links lists them. Links are saved under format 16; an older build keeps the bodies and drops the link.
Fixes#533
New view.apply command restores a named view, a standard view or any camera (view state, not an undo step); the desktop viewport follows it and the browser's Restore uses it. The MCP screenshot tool takes a named view or a camera. Un-ignores the #528 regression test. Fixes#528.

A design can define its own physical materials (material.create, material.edit, material.delete): name, density and an optional look. They work everywhere built-in materials do: assignment, mass properties, colours and configuration cells. Stored in user_materials, an additive field under format 16. Un-ignores the #554 regression test. Fixes#532.

MCP batch takes verbose: false for compact replies: feature steps leave out the full body list and sketch steps the ids they repeat outside created. Feature replies now also list changed_bodies and removed_bodies next to created_bodies, so a compact reply still shows every effect of a step. Un-ignores the #530 regression test. Fixes#530.

A Box cut, or a Cylinder cut whose axis is the sheet's normal, machines a sheet metal body like the extrude cut of its footprint: through the sheet it's a cut-out (a cylinder an exact round one in the flat pattern and DXF), part way it's a pocket. Primitives at other angles or across a bend are still refused. Un-ignores the #541 regression test. Fixes#541.

Faces that a sheet fold or unfold moves keep their names: points on a moved panel are taken back through the panel they lie on to where the sheet held them before the feature, and named from the faces there. Un-ignores the #535 regression test. Fixes#535.

Tapered extrudes accept profiles that mix lines and tangent arcs (slots, D-profiles, rounded rectangles): each arc keeps its centre and angles and its radius moves with the taper, so its side stays an exact cone; lines are offset and mitred. An arc meeting another edge at a corner is still refused. Un-ignores the #546 regression test. Fixes#546.

Draft extends the picked faces to every face on the same surface, so one pick on a cylinder's side (stored as two halves) drafts the whole round wall into a frustum. Un-ignores the #547 regression test and adds a kernel test for a round hole. Fixes#547.

An extrude cut or join only extends its tool past an end that lies on a target face, and by less than half the way to the next face level, so a tool can no longer cut through a thin floor beyond an end that touches no face. Un-ignores the #545 and #544 regression tests. Fixes#545.

sheet.fold tests its fixed point against the whole sheet body, so a point far above or below the sheet is refused atomically, while a point on any face (including a flange's leg) still works. A stored fold whose point ends up in the air recomputes, keeps its side and warns. Un-ignores the #371 regression test. Fixes#371.

sheet.flat_pattern reports every cut-out exactly in a new cutout_shapes list, parallel to cutouts: a round hole as a circle, other cut-outs as their lines, arcs and (for other curves) polylines. Pockets get the same. The DXF writer and the JSON share one circle test. Un-ignores the #542 regression test. Fixes#542.

Hidden bodies, occurrence placements, sketches and origin items are saved with the design and come back when it is reopened. Visibility is still not an undo step, but hiding or showing something now counts as an unsaved change. Additive field under format 16. Fixes#531.

sheet.flange refuses the sheet values its rule owns (thickness, K-factor, bend radius, reliefs, hem gap) instead of silently ignoring them, and says to use a rule. Un-ignores the #570 regression test. Fixes#570.

A stored fold whose fixed point drifts off the sheet after a parameter change keeps the side the point lies on and shows a warning instead of breaking the timeline. A new fold still refuses a fixed point off the sheet, atomically. Un-ignores the #370 regression test. Fixes#370.

A copy added by raising a body pattern's count after a rename is numbered after the highest stored copy, so it no longer takes the number the rename freed. Un-ignores the #372 regression test and adds one for undo/redo and save/reopen. Fixes#372.

Fixes#374. Feature replies gain created_bodies: the bodies the new feature made, apart from the ones it changed or that were already there. Documented in the execute tool description and docs/mcp.md.
Fixes#527. Bodies are paired by a sort-and-sweep over their bounding boxes, and the cap moves from 200 bodies to 20,000 overlapping pairs per call (reported as truncated / skipped_pairs).
One extrude cutting many circles from one sketch still cut the plate once per
circle, each boolean rebuilding and re-meshing a plate grown by every hole before
it (32 circles 2 s, 128 circles 60 s). The #261 fix joined clear tools with
kernel::union_apart only in pattern replay; apply_traced now does it for every
cut with 8 or more tools (patterns included), keeping each piece's face lineage.
